Coach Joe’s Story
As a young athlete, Joe was a successful soccer player and later became a multiple-time Tae-Kwon-Do Champion, and was well known throughout South Jersey and Philadelphia areas. But his true passion for athletic performance showed up once he began coaching youth sports. For over 40 years, he’s dedicated his life to helping young athletes reach their full potential.
In recent years, while working with middle school athletes—including his step-daughter—Joe saw firsthand the struggles athletes face with nutrition. Many were under-fueled, eating the wrong foods, or following unsafe advice they found online. And just like with training years ago, he noticed a major gap: nobody was teaching these kids and families how to fuel properly for performance, recovery, and health.
That realization sparked the launch of XTS ELITE Nutrition. What started as simple conversations on healthy eating has grown into a system trusted by athletes of all ages and sports—with customized nutrition plans, fueling strategies, and cutting-edge methods like Joe’s own Dynamic Weight Optimization and Precision Carb Cycling systems.

Coach Joe brings over 35 years of experience as a healthcare professional combined with his role as a Metabolic Specialist and multiple certifications in strength and conditioning, sports nutrition, and performance enhancement.
This unique background allows him to design nutrition programs that go far beyond meal plans—programs that optimize metabolism, enhance recovery, and support both short-term performance and long-term health.
